  Kayla assisted us when myself and my boyfriend went in to view the homes. Kayla got to know what our needs are before just showing us the property, She was so friendly and helpful. The community is very nice and the upkeep is wonderful. The apartments do not feel like apartments, they were originally built to be condos and they definitely feel that way. Thanks to Kayla's help, we decided to lease for 13 months. They also offer certain move in specials to help you move in at a lower cost than every other community we looked at living in. Thank you again to Kayla for being so friendly, professional and helpful!!

  Been a long time resident. The apartments are very nice and definitely more of a townhome feel. The connected garage and secure porch has made my unit very desirable. The management staff has worked hard over the years to conduct upgrades to outside infrastructure along with upgrades inside to the townhomes. When you move in, the place has a brand new home smell with fresh paint and flooring. The management staff reacts to any concerns promptly and provides quick resolution with your best interest in mind. I look forward to this summer where upgrades to pool furniture have been advertised to add to the "pool party" fun each tenant gets to indulge in. With rent increasing throughout the area, this place is worth it as it is safe, secure, quiet, and close to shopping.
